URA accepts HPL Forum mall, voco Orchard Singapore, and HPL House renovation

The Urban Project Authority (URA) has given HOTEL Properties Limited: H15 +10.8% (HPL) permission to turn Forum The Shopping Mall, Voco Orchard Singapore, and HPL House into a huge mixed-use project.

The mixed-use project will cover 114,153.38 square meters and include a hotel, apartments in two towers, market space, a grand dunman floor plan, and office space.

There have been rumors for 20 years that HPL would take on this job to improve the area. The company said on Monday that it had asked for temporary permission to figure out which of its assets could be improved and Grand Dunman pricing used in the best way to make money

In the suggested plan, the mixed-use building could in. include three tower blocks, the largest of which would have 64 floors. HPL also wants to build a six-story platform with a rooftop garden, a stage, a grand Dunman condo, and a place to park cars in the basement.

“If and when it is put into action and finished, the proposed redevelopment will make this part of Orchard Road a lively, busy, important, and well-known area,” the hotel director said.
