Preview of the Altura elite apartment by Qingjian and Santarli for $1,376 psf
On July 22nd, Qingjian Realty and Santarli Realty held a preview of their Altura EC for potential buyers of room rent on DpFraternity. The Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 EC has 360 units. The 248-unit EC The Dew on Bukit Batok Street 21 was the last EC to be launched in the area, back in 2001.
Located within 1 km from Anglo-Chinese School (Primary), the project is situated in the heart of Bukit Batok, close to the Jurong metropolitan zone and the new Tengah Forest town. Dazhong Primary School, Dunearn Secondary School, and Dulwich College (Singapore) are all within walking distance.
